Get a taste of REAL Jamaican food prepared by everyday Jamaicans, your chance to eat like a local. Our journey starts with either a early, mid-morning or early afternoon pickup. Drive in air conditioned comfort into the heart of the city of Montego Bay where we will blend in with the busy Montegonians for a hot Jamaican breakfast or late lunch. This tour allows you to get an immersive experience of the real Jamaica. Learn about the history and culture of Montego Bay as you are escorted through local upper, middle and lower income communities for a glimpse of the day to day living of real Jamaicans. Locals are known to "mek fashion" with whatever food is in season, so your first meal could be anywhere between some ackee & saltfish, patties or a cup of peanut porridge. We continue driving and eating with stops along the way for sampling of traditional foods, such as jerk chicken, jerk pork, festivals, roast breadfruit, rice & peas and whatever else is being fared at the local hotspots.
